The reality though, is that real estate is a difficult business. Despite the very best of intentions, most sales people fail - and the reasons they fail are generally poorly directed activity (they don't know what to do), and inadequate management support.

You see, if you're like most Branch Managers you've probably been taught about managing trust accounts, placing advertisements, property management activities, and administration personnel – but you probably haven't been taught how to be a highly effective sales manager and leader. I'd like to change that.

Day one is recommended for real estate sales agents, and real estate managers. We encourage you to bring your sales team with you for day one (see Super6 below). By doing this you'll be off to a flying start - they'll have the tools and tips to boost sales and the customer experience. They'll develop clarity around what they're trying to achieve, and hold themselves accountable. You will all be on the same page, you'll be speaking the same language, you can support each other to make the changes, and your team will understand why the changes are being made.

Day Two: Masterclass for Real Estate Managers - 9am-4pm

Day two is exclusively for real estate managers who are leading a sales team.

Day two topics include...

- The 7 Principles of Profit - Dealing with change, Leadership, Finance and the Back Office, Products and Services, Sales and Marketing, People and Customers

- 7 Cardinal Sins of a sales organisation
