Event description

Description

Come along to this eye-opening workshop on how to create highly cohesive and productive teams to grow your business (even with diverse groups).

You will learn practical tools to:

- rapidly identify the communication styles of individuals (without judging)

- understand people's needs and concerns and preferred ways of relating (as well as your own)

- lower the discomfort of others in your interactions.

- make small but highly effective changes to the way you interact with others

- be more tolerant of the way others communicate with you.

- build trust.

- create more cohesive teams and increase their performance and productivity.

Versatility is the 'glue' that holds all other leadership skills together and multiplies their effectiveness. It involves just a few skills, and the good news is that these skills can be learnt quickly and mastered with practice.

Equip your leaders and teams with critical skills to create engagement, commitment, and truly productive employee and client relationships

High performing companies and teams of today and the future need leaders who understand their people, know that they each have different behavioural and communicative needs, and then learn how to relate appropriately to each person. The one-size-fits-all management style is not effective and no longer acceptable to our employees.
