Event description

Description

Perimenopause can start up to 10 years before menopause and the average age for menopause is 51, so if you are in your 30's or 40's and want to learn some game-changing tips please secure your ticket now.

Symptoms vary from woman to woman, but can include erratic menstrual cycles, night sweats, hot flashes, disrupted sleep, brain fog, fatigue, irritability, depression and weight gain... some get no symptoms and some get many.

Learn about the latest research in menstrual health to support yourself and to help support the younger generation through their hormonal journey.

If you would like to understand what's happening on a biological and psychological level and discover lifestyle habits and strategies that can help you feel empowered and in control of your hormones during this time, this evening is for you!

Our speakers are experts in their field.

  • Dr Lara Briden, Naturopathic Doctor and author of 'Period Repair Manual'
  • Kimberli Schuitman from My Cup and The Good Fund will be talking about menstrual cups, period undies and so much more
  • Dr Emma Jackson, our excellent gynaecologist
