It’s easy to talk business. But it can be hard to talk about the stuff underneath, the pressure, the pivot points, the moments that shape how we show up.
Business Canterbury have teamed up with The Yarns Men, to provide a forum for people in business who want an honest space to connect, reflect, and hear stories that don’t always get told.
The event is open to everyone. Because good conversations don’t belong to just one group, and the more perspectives in the room, the better the yarns.
You’ll hear from a panel that brings real-life experience in having the kinds of conversations that matter, especially when they’re not easy. They’ll share practical, actionable ways to build more meaningful connections in work and life. Then you’ll have the chance to put some of those insights into practice in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
‘Meaningful Yarns’ is all about getting beyond small talk, hearing different perspectives, and making space for the conversations we don’t always have - but probably should!
