Media engagement for research impact

Are you a doctoral or early career researcher looking to amplify your research impact through media engagement? Join media adviser Sophie Boladeras in conversation with seasoned media commentators Professor Alex Sims (Business School), Associate Professor Gehan Gunasekara (Business School) and Senior Lecturer Nikki Chamberlain (Auckland Law School). Hear their insights, strategies, and experiences interacting with journalists, communicating research effectively, and creating real-world impact. You'll also have the opportunity to develop an 'elevator pitch' for journalists based on your research. This workshop is for doctoral candidates and early career researchers, or any researcher who's keen to gain some insights into sharing their expertise with the media.
