NEED TO KNOW INFO:
• The course runs for 2 hours at the time specified when signing up.
• Please arrive at the location of the course 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the course to allow yourself time to find parking.
• Please confirm with your coordinator that you are not booked for any shifts at the time of the course BEFORE signing up.
• Once signed up to the course and on the attendee list, you will be made unavailable on Alayacare for the duration of the training so that your coordinators can not book you for any shifts.
• Part 1 of Medication training (Medication; Introduction and Safe Practice – Segment 2) MUST be completed prior to attending the course.
• Once the training is complete, we will organise to have your qualification sent out to you.
Please Note:
• If any participant is experiencing flu like symptoms they should not attend the training. The instructor may ask them to leave the training session for the safety of the group.
• If any participant has an injury that would prevent them from participating in the practical components of the course, please inform your instructor on the day of the course.
• The Medication qualification is valid for one year from the date the training was attended.
