Dates: Mondays / Thursdays, July 11, 14, 18, 21: 7:30 – 9:00pm nightly
This short course will take you through the fundamentals of meditation and share some of the techniques and exercises that will enable you to establish a successful practice of your own. The structured course will progress through introductory exercises to quieten the mind, to heart meditation, the use of mantras, the four primary branches of yoga and their specifics, plus a look at some key lifestyle recommendations regarding nutrition, exercise and other positives supporting meditation. Please try to attend all four sessions to gain the most benefit, and no joining after the second evening thankyou.
For those wishing to deepen their meditation practice, we have a further two-day retreat weekend at the beautiful Aio-Wira Centre in the Waitakere Ranges, July 30-31st. Please see the separate information link on this website.
Venue: 93 Dominion Rd in Mt Eden. The venue entrance is just along from the Target furniture front door, on the corner with Tawari Street.
