If you have considered or even tried yoga meditation (dhyana) but are unsure which style works best for you, then join us to learn more about this absorbing practice.

Learn about yoga’s meditative asanas, visualisation and nidra.

Experience centreing and calmness as you gain a better understanding of different stages of meditation; focus, awareness, stillness and contemplation along with deeper long-term wellbeing benefits.

The day’s journey links theories and practical components with time for discussion and reflection

Bring your mat and layers of soft warm blankets – if you have a preferred meditation stool or cushion, bring that too.
