Everything we do in life is through the lens of emotions, feelings that are created unconsciously in our body and our minds. If we want to change our life we must first become more aware of the emotions that are influencing it.

Join us for a morning of exploring what it means to feel our emotions.

What to expect.

  • Gain knowledge on how your brain creates emotions.
  • Learn how to feel emotions without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Engage in facilitated breathwork to get your emotions moving.
  • Finish with a boxing session to get the emotions moving out of your body.

Food and drinks will be provided post workout.
