Set in the stunning Tuki-Tuki Valley, discover how through increased awareness of your body and surroundings, you can develop practical skills to help you recognise your internal cues and responses to situations. Understanding how you work is a powerful tool that you can apply to increase fulfillment and reduce stress. We need to make a space for our souls to refresh, so come with an open mind to make discoveries about yourself in the tranquil, retreat-like setting.
This 5-week mindfulness-based program of 1.5 hours each, has been developed by Diane under the supervision of Steve Flowers, the founder and director of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Clinic in California. Steve was trained directly by Jon Kabat-Zin, the original founder of MBSR being practiced all over the world.
Each course is 5 weeks X 1.5 hours (7.5 hours)
Dates are; Start Date 8 February (mornings)
8 Feb, 15 Feb, 22 Feb, 1 March and 8 March: 10:30 am - 12 midday
Cost: $200 including GST
Registration and Booking: Pay the deposit online (below) and pay the balance of $120 at the start of the course via cash, cheque or online banking.
Numbers: Limited to 6, so bookings are essential
