Set in a retreat-like setting in the stunning Tuki-Tuki Valley, this 8-week course of 2 hours each, (16 hours) is designed for women. Through it you will discover what causes body issues and conflicts around food. You will also learn skills to help transform and develop a healthier relationship with food and your body. When we develop a deeper awareness of what we are truly hungering for, we can develop ways to deal with the underlying emotional eating.
This course is a mindfulness-based program combined with content from personal expertise in emotional eating and eating disorders.
Each course is 8 weeks: 2 hours each week over 8 weeks (16 hours)

Cost: $440 (incl GST): 8 sessions at $55 each
