Set in a retreat-like setting in the stunning Tuki-Tuki Valley, this 8-week course of 2 hours each (total 16 hours), is designed for women. Through it you will discover what causes body issues and conflicts around food. You will also learn skills to help transform and develop a healthier relationship with food and your body. When we develop a deeper awareness of what we are truly hungering for, we can develop ways to deal with the underlying emotional eating. This is an exquisite course designed to tap into your inner wisdom, so that you regain power over food in your life.
This course is a mindfulness-based program combined with content from personal expertise in emotional eating and eating disorders.
Each course is 8 weeks: 2 hours each week over 8 weeks (16 hours)
Start Date 6 May 2017 and then every Saturday until the 24th June.
Cost: $450 (including GST) for the 8 week course.
Registration and Booking: Pay the deposit online via the link below. The balance of $340 is payable at the start of the course by cheque or cash.
Numbers: Limited, so bookings are essential. If a course is fully booked, please email me with your interst, so that I can let you know when the next course will be running.
Pre-course requirements: If you are not a client of Diane’s, a free pre-assessment session is required.
