Who should attend?
This beginner course is designed for anyone wanting to learn more about Mindfulness and enjoy its many benefits.

Will I just be sitting and meditating?
No at all! The guided Mindfulness breathing exercises make up 10mins of each session and we will have comfy bolsters to sit on.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring a pen and something to write on/in you will be given a beautiful Ovio Mindfulness journal.

What should I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in.

Will food be provided?
We will provide yummy snacks and drinks over the course of the afternoon, but best have some lunch before you arrive.
