Description

Mindfulness for Busy People!

My Off Switch 28-Day Challenge

Specifically designed for busy professionals to help manage the BIG FOUR workplace challenges:

1. Reducing stress
2. Minimising distractions
3. Improving communication and building better relationships
4. Maximising performance and creativity

Practising mindfulness is not just meditating, it's understanding how to make small but powerful changes to your daily routines so you can be more efficient and effective, happier and less stressed!

Commencing with a 3-hour workshop:

  • The impact of constant distractions, mind-wandering, busyness, pressure and stress
  • Understanding how stress increases your negativity and risk bias (and impacts peak performance states)
  • What mindfulness is, the science and benefits of mindfulness
  • Distinguishing between mindfulness and meditation (formal and informal practices)
  • Recognising that meditation alone is NOT what it's all about!
  • Debunking the many myths and getting rid of the woo-woo!
  • Short practical exercises and guided mindfulness meditations
  • Simple tips and tools for overcoming common hurdles (if you've already tried to meditate and found it hard - you're normal!)

After the workshop, you'll have immediate access to the Mindful at Work app-based 4-week self-directed program for a calmer, clearer and more grounded you.

4-week app-based program:

The app includes all course content, guided audio, and 'habit hacks' - simple ways to maximise self-care, boost performance and build healthy new habits. Read more about the app-based program below.

Week 1: Be Focused (focusing your attention and limiting distractions)

Week 2: Be Genius (getting into the right mindset, being more creative and solution-focused)

Week 3: Be Kind (communicating mindfully and building healthy relationships)

Week 4: Be Calm (building inner resources to better manage stress)

During the program, you'll receive a weekly email reminder to help you stay on track, with links to extra resources, recommended books, video and podcasts.
