Mindfulness can help you cope on your fertility journey. Evidence shows that mindfulness reduces the emotional impact and stress of infertility. There is even evidence that shows that women with mindfulness practices are more likely to become pregnant. Come along and learn proven techniques to help you deal with infertility.

Sessions are relaxed, small, and practical and you will be able to connect with others sharing the same experience as you.

You will learn simple, practical techniques to:

  • improve psychological and physical wellbeing

  • decrease stress and anxiety

  • identify negative thought patterns

  • develop a deeper sense of peace and acceptance within your experience

  • increase compassion to yourself and others

  • enhance your wellbeing and relationships

This beginner course is designed for women who are struggling to conceive and who want to learn more about Mindfulness and enjoy its many benefits. It can help you at any stage of your fertility journey.

Will I just be sitting and meditating?

Not at all! The guided Mindfulness breathing exercises make up 10mins of each session and we sit in chairs.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring a pen. You will be given a journal.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in.
