Join Mindfulness teacher and Leadership Development specialist Jess Stuart as she combines her work in Mindfulness and Personal Development with Leadership development in the corporate world.

We'll look at practical Mindfulness strategies you can use at home and at work to quiet a busy mind, worry less and remain clear and focussed to enable to do your best work and cope with what life throws at you.

Learn what resilience is, why we need it and how we can build it. Understand the power of the mind and how to train it, the role of attitude and mind set and what it is that resilient people do.

Create more space in the mind and train the brain to be more clear and focused and a more positive place to be. Understand how Mindfulness aids our effectiveness, the impacts of emotional intelligence and how we can use this skill at work.

With 15 years experience across a range of business, countries and people Jess uses her own personal experience and that of thise she has worked with to share practical tips you can use in your own work to be your best.

There will also be time at the end for some networking and a chance to share experiences with others.

A brush with burnout in her corporate career lead Jess across the world to train with Buddhist monks and Nuns. A decade later, after coming out, writing six books and running her own successful business she shares what she knows about mind-set, resilience and self-belief to empower people to unlock their potential.
