Move Reflect Connect
Overview
Friday AM Club and Muve are joining forces to bring you Move Reflect Connect. Join us on Saturday November 15th at 7:45 AM at Hamilton Gardens.
We'll begin by meeting other like-minded people and choosing an intention for our session.
Then move into a 45-minute HIIT group workout led by Meg: designed to make you feel strong and energised.
Afterwards, we’ll slow down together: Sasha will lead us through journaling, reflection, and connection exercises, you’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and how they connect to your body.
This is about connection; with a supportive community of like-minded people. You’ll leave feeling grounded, energised and connected, with tools to carry this energy into your week.

Welcome & Intention Setting
Meet by the reception area of the gardens (we'll have our Friday AM Club flag up also). Brief introductions. Choosing an intention that aligns with our session
Group HIIT Workout
Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. We'll be going through a HIIT circuit. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any injuries that we need to be aware of.
Journal Reflection + Connection
Sasha will guide us some through some journal prompts, created to get you thinking around all things connection and mindset. We'll then share our reflections + connect with like-minded people. (Please ensure you bring a journal/notepaper and a pen). Finishing with a guided visualisation.
