MTA Cook Strait Region: First Aid Course, Lower Hutt

This first aid course has been designed to provide you with the confidence and competence ‘at the scene’ to recognise life threatening situations and to offer vital assistance to the patient before more experienced help arrives.
Completion of this First Aid - Level One course qualifies students as a trained first aid person as described in the guidance notes published by the Department of Labour to help employers comply with Health and Safety in Employment legislation.
This course is also suitable for anyone who wants to learn first aid for the first time. If you need to refresh your first aid skills and it has been more than two years since your last refresher, this First Aid - Level One course is the best course for you.
