In this eight week course you will be guided through some yoga stretches to help with all those problem areas that are associated with parenthood and holding/carrying babies, as well as strengthening techniques that will assist you with your postnatal recovery. Emma is a qualified pre and postnatal yoga instructor as well as a Mum to 2 beautiful boys.
You will then get to learn how to massage your baby, learning a new area of the body and rhyme each week, gently building up to a whole body massage. Jo is a qualified International Association of Infant Massage Instructor as well as a Mum of four.
We will then finish the session with some relaxation. Jo is on hand to help soothe or play with any babies while you are practising your yoga.
This is a relaxed informal and welcoming group for Mumma's and bubs from 4 months to pre-walking. We do recommend that you start with course 1 first, so that you can build up your strength and learn the massage strokes. It also allows baby to feel more relaxed and comfortable.
