What is Customer Journey Mapping?

Customer Journey Mapping is a visual interpretation of the customer engagement with a brand, product and services. It is a robust and established method to improve customer experience -- increasing conversion rates during software trials, enhancing onboarding services for a new product user, lifting customer satisfaction ratings like NPS, or even enabling you to design new customer services for your user base.


The objective of this workshop is that you design your first customer journey, ready to be implemented into your business:

  • Introduction to the concepts and elements of customer journey mapping, such as personas, phases and interaction touchpoints.

  • Design a customer journey map relevant to your business. Feedback will be provided while you are building your customer journey model.

  • During the workshop, individual journey maps will be shared and discussed.
