With less than 4 weeks until Christmas, all of the work and family events are ramping up and can become quite chaotic. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed during this time, especially if you have specific goals related to health and fitness.
The aim of this seminar is not to tell you what to avoid to remain “healthy”, but to provide some tools to help you make the most of all these festive events without being worried about losing control.
In this seminar I will walk you through a range of topics like mindful eating, alcohol consumption, planning, and navigating your goals that will take some of the stress off these situations and ultimately allow you to socialise freely without your diet being at the forefront of your mind.
I’m also going to chuck in 3 awesome summer recipes for everyone that joins.
This is an online event via zoom so that you can jump on wherever you are. A recording will be available afterwards to those who attended.
