Event description
Hear a report back from Raisina Dialogue, where global leaders and thinkers discussed everything from the rise of populism to green tech.

About this Event

What are the big issues – and the big solutions – for the Asia-Pacific region in the next century?

Hear from three people who attended the recent Raisina Dialogue in India, where global leaders and thinkers discussed topics ranging from the rise of populism to green tech.

The Raisina Dialogue is a multilateral conference that addresses the most challenging issues facing the global community. Every year, global leaders in policy, business, media and civil society are hosted in New Delhi to discuss cooperation on a wide range of pertinent international policy matters.

Topics for discussion at the 2020 dialogue included everything from fake news to the rules-based order.

The Asia New Zealand Foundation supported its director of Research and Engagement Suzannah Jessep, journalist Katie Bradford and academic Manjeet Pardesi to attend the Raisina Dialogue in January.

They’ll talk about what they heard, and how New Zealand can be best placed in the discussions and challenges to come.
