About Dr. Chris Dobson

Dr. Chris Dobson transitioned out of his 28-year chiropractic career just nine months after he stopped receiving chiropractic care himself.


Why? Because he discovered a way to reset what was causing spinal problems at their source. Persistent issues in his mid back, lower back, and neck—problems he thought he’d have to live with—began to resolve. While chiropractic care provided temporary improvements, some things simply didn’t change.


The breakthrough came when he began using his reset methods with patients. He noticed changes in areas that typically didn’t improve. This was because he was addressing the root cause of spinal problems and teaching patients how to use the method themselves.


“When people learned to do it on their own between visits, it was like they were seeing me several times a day,” Dr. Dobson says. “It prevented the buildup of problems between sessions.”


This shift marked the end of his role as a practitioner and the beginning of a new mission: empowering people to no longer need him.


Today, Dr. Dobson is driven by a simple goal: to show people what’s possible. It starts with a clearer understanding of what spinal problems truly are. Once that’s understood, the solution becomes remarkably simple.

Are the movements strenuous?

Absolutely not. They're designed to prompt your brain since it's responsible for proper spinal alignment and creating the pain response. All the movements can be scaled back to fit any level of mobility.

What if I've had spinal surgery?

The Neuromotive reset helps reset the proper muscle control that is essential for your spine to heal. It's non strenuous and can be done with almost no movement at all. Which makes it safe where many methods couldn't be used.

How often will I have to do the reset?

I recommend doing the reset twice daily. It helps you learn and remember it and also helps stay on top of the subtle build up of tension that causes bigger problems. Once the routine is learned it can be done in less than 2 minutes. Like brushing your teeth, make it a daily routine!

How long will it take to feel improvements?

More than half feel they're moving better or that some parts of the spine have less tension within the first few times of using the reset. Many have to overcome brain changes which alter their ability to feel the changes for up to 6 weeks. Once you feel what the reset is doing it's a game changer!
