Event description
A breakfast webinar with Infratec's Power Systems Engineer and Energy Storage Specialist, Dr Andrew Crossland

About this Event

It is well known that New Zealand has a highly renewable electricity system, but does that make NZ a world leader in renewable energy? Can New Zealand achieve 100% of electricity from renewable sources? Can New Zealand leverage off the leadership that some of its companies have shown in The Pacific in solar and battery energy storage?

Join us for a session with Infratec's Power Systems Engineer and Energy Storage Specialist,  Dr Andrew Crossland who will look at some of the work undertaking in the Pacific.

Andrew will talk about the vision of a 100% low carbon electricity in New Zealand and showcase some of the case studies of projects being undertaken and delivered. He will share learnings for New Zealand such as alleviating network stress, reducing energy bills and removing fossil fuels from our electricity system.

Andrew's presentation will be followed by the opportunity to ask questions.

The webinar link will be provided prior to the event.

Spots are limited so register today.
