The Population Association of New Zealand (PANZ) invites you to its biennial
conference to be held in Wellington. The PANZ Conference is the flagship forum for
population research in Aotearoa bringing together a wide range of population
professionals in academia, government, communities and the private sector. Our
conference is an opportunity to present research or policy-related work, and to
network with a range of professionals in academia, national and regional/local
government, consultancy and other institutions.
Researchers and professionals working in population, demography and
neighbouring fields are invited to submit a paper or a poster to be presented at the
2025 PANZ Conference related to the following conference themes:

If you are interested in presenting a paper, poster or organising a panel, please fill
out the abstract submission form before the deadline. Guidelines for submissions
are given on the next page. Abstract submission form can be found on our website
