Escape to a tranquil oasis of self-care at our upcoming Women's Wellness Retreat.
Located only 1 hour North of Auckland in Glorit, you will have the opportunity to stay in a beautiful homestead with other likeminded women. Over the course of the weekend, you will have the option to participate in multiple modalities which aim to nourish you from head to toe!
Adam is a Intuitive Energetics Coach & Twerkwerk practitioner and Kayleigh runs She Walks as a nature guide & is a trained forest therapist, together we bring you Nourish. We held our first joint retreat in 2022 & can't wait to welcome you all back for more goodness this May!
Arrival - Friday Evening 5.00pm - Depart Sunday afternoon at midday.

Yin Yoga:
Yin Yoga is a nurturing practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. Unlike more vigorous forms of yoga, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for longer periods, allowing for a profound release of tension and stress in the body. With its combination of traditional poses, dynamic movement, and functional flow, Yin Yoga helps to improve agility, strength, and balance. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Yin Yoga classes at the retreat are designed to cater to all levels, ensuring that everyone can reap the benefits of this restorative practice.
Forest Therapy:
Forest Therapy, also known as forest bathing, involves immersing oneself in nature to promote healing and relaxation. This practice acknowledges the therapeutic effects of spending time in natural environments, such as reducing stress levels, boosting mood, and enhancing overall well-being. During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to engage in a guided walk through the bush & retreat grounds, where you will connect with the natural world, cultivate mindfulness, and experience a profound sense of peace and tranquility.
Breathwork:
Breathwork encompasses various techniques and practices that focus on conscious control of the breath to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional healing. Through intentional breathing exercises, participants can release tension, increase energy levels, and access deeper states of awareness. At the wellness retreat you will have the chance to explore a holotropic breathwork session to enhance mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall vitality.
Cacao:
Cacao, derived from the raw cacao bean, is revered for its heart-opening properties and its ability to facilitate introspection and emotional release. During the retreat, you will partake in a ceremonial cacao experience, where you can savor the rich flavors of this sacred plant medicine and journey inward to explore their emotions, intentions, and inner wisdom.
Sound Healing:
Sound healing utilizes sound vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. At the wellness retreat, you will have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of sound through an immersive sound bath, allowing you to harmonize your energy, and restore inner balance.
Accommodation
This nature oasis is a countrside retreat perfect to support your wellness weekend! Just an hour from Auckland and within close distance to the stunning Kaipara harbour this is a special spot we're so grateful to have secured for you.
Food
This retreat is fully catered so you don't have to worry about packing lots of extras! All meals will be created around the principles of whole food-plant based and may include smoothie bowls, salad & raw treats. Get inspired and take some recipes home with you!

The homestead has lots of space for quiet reading, morning yoga on the deck and walks around the veggie patch for you to enjoy in your spare time.
Total price for this nourishing weekend is $949 NZD. We have payment plans available, please message us if you'd like to lock that in.

We’ve always encouraged lift shares so that we can be as planet friendly as possible, plus sharing a car is a great way to meet new women! If your on instagram ask us to add you to the carpool chat, otherwise reach out if your stuck for a ride and we’ll do our best to match you with someone.
Every retreat is unique so we will always send you a pre-retreat email including all the essentials to bring! Essential’s you should consider bringing - water bottle, snacks, all weather clothing, trainers, yoga mat, toiletries and a journal.
