Whether you're training to run a half or full marathon, this workshop will teach you how to fuel your body for optimum running performance.

What should I eat to maximise training and recovery?

How much protein do I really need?

Am I meant to carbo load?

How many carbs do I need during the race?

What even is a carbohydrate?

What does training the gut really mean?

How do I help prevent injury in the lead up to the race?

In this comprehensive online workshop I will answer all your running nutrition questions so that you can send your marathon PB this summer.

The nitty gritty:

Date: Tuesday 28th September, 7pm NZST

Length: 60 minutes (plus time for Q&A)

Where: This workshop is hosted virtually - you will receive the zoom link the day prior to the event

Workshop fee: $49

My name is Gabrielle and I am a New Zealand Registered Dietitian. I am also an avid runner, rock climber and hiker so I know first-hand how nutrition can make or break an adventure.​

In a culture that presses for leanness, restriction, and good vs bad foods, it can be tough for active individuals to cut through the noise to determine what works best to support their training and life.

​By working with me, you’ll learn how to eat to support your active lifestyle by understanding the sports nutrition science, your individual body's needs and your relationship with food.
