Join us for two days of connection, insight, and exchange.

  • Thursday 20 November – Practitioner Day This pre-conference day is designed for practitioners and those interested in applied organisational psychology and behaviour. It will feature practical sessions, case studies, and workshops.Please note: This day is an additional cost and must be selected during registration by choosing the “Practitioner Day” add-on.
  • Friday 21 November – Main Conference DayThe main conference day will feature oral presentations from researchers, students, and practitioners across Aotearoa New Zealand. Presentations will explore a broad range of topics in organisational psychology and behaviour.

Each day will start at 9am with morning tea, a welcome, and networking opportunities, and conclude around 5pm. The programme includes morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and on Friday, a closing networking event with drinks and nibbles.

A key objective of the Institute is to contribute to high-quality research (at both the national and international level) regarding people and work, with respect to labour market dynamics; employment relations; wellbeing and performance; diversity in the workplace; and the role of technology. Our research groups listed below enable over 70 research experts to provide research that ticks the boxes for both academic rigour, as well as being relevant to policy makers in business, government, and the community in general.

We place emphasis on a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach and rank engagement with external stakeholders as a high priority.
