Join us every Thursday night, 7:00pm – 9:00pm for our Beginner 1 NZ Sign Language (NZSL) course with experienced tutor Monari.

This engaging 15-week course (with a 2-week break midway) is perfect for absolute beginners or anyone wanting a fresh start in learning NZSL. You’ll begin building essential vocabulary, learn fingerspelling, start forming simple sentences, and gain valuable insights into Deaf culture — all from the comfort of your own home.

Our interactive face to face classes make learning fun, supportive, and community-focused, with plenty of hands-on practice and guidance every step of the way.

Age Restriction?

?‍? Adults Course – Minimum age is 16 years. ?‍?‍? Special circumstances (e.g. Children of Deaf Adults – CODA) may be considered with prior arrangement.
