WELCOME TO THE SIEBA ONSHORE AGENTS MARKETING FORUM FOR SCHOOLS OUTSIDE OF AUCKLAND



For the first time, we invite schools from all over New Zealand to present the unique experiences your school offers to the many education agents based onshore.

Yes, you can do great marketing on a small budget. Don't head overseas: head to Auckland.

Benefits:

The Agents you will meet already know and love New Zealand. They may be unfamiliar with your region and/or your school. This is your opportunity to show them the attractions you can offer and to invite them to visit your school.

the speed-dating format gives you the chance to talk to a wide selection of Agents from different markets you may not be connected to.

Onshore Agents often have offices and connections overseas. Follow up by visiting these offices on your next offshore marketing trip.

Event Format

Three weeks before the event, SIEBA will send you the list of registered agents who will attend the event, and a list of meeting times.

Contact the agents you would like to speak to, and request a meeting.

Forum Schedule:

8.00 - 8.30am: Set up your table

8.30am: Arrival coffee and networking

9.00am: Welcome

9.15am - 10.30am: Meetings (speed dating format)

10.30-11.10am: Morning tea and networking

11.10am-12.30pm: Meetings

12.30pm: Event ends

What to Bring

Your marketing brochures - don't forget the foreign language versions if you have them.

Your business cards

A pull-up banner (one per school) to display beside your table

Branded table cloth or runner (optional - the venue will provide table cloths)

Send us their details, and we will send them an invitation.

Registration Information

When selecting 'Registering as...', if you select 'Business', enter your school's gst number under the IRD/Tax number field. If you are unable to obtain this information, select 'Registering as... Individual'.

Schools may send up to 2 representatives per booking.

Parking Information

Parking options are: The Wilson Carpark underneath the Hotel (pay at the machine when leaving), valet carpark ($40.00 per car and spaces are limited), or street parking (pay and display - $3.00 per hour for the first 2 hours).

Transport from the Airport to the City

If you are flying in to Auckland - see the Message Board on the SIEBA Hub for a thread where you can post your details and arrange to share transport to the City. We will also arrange shuttles to transport people back to the airport after the event.
