Description

The 4th annual Orange Readers and Writers Festival is exploring passions for food and travel. So get ready to be entertained by the Monday Morning Cooking Club, the Paris dreamer Katrina Lawrence as we nourish body and soul with Margaret Fulton’s granddaughter Louise Keats and her new book Sweet Nourish. You can also meet Local is Lovely blogger Sophie Hansen, gastronomer Jacqui Newling from Sydney Living Museums, author of Captain Cook’s Apprentice Anthony Hill and Cheryl Akle from Better Reading.

Join Sophie Hansen for a Creating and Writing E-newsletters and Blogs workshop to be held on Friday 27th July at Orange City Council from 10am - 12noon. Please note this workshop is now full.

Once again the History Council of NSW will be hosting a day long seminar Touring Tastes: exploring histories of Australian food and culture on Friday 27th July at the Hotel Canbolas from 10am - 3pm.

The Festival program on Saturday 28th July will run from 10am to 4pm at the Hotel Canobolas with a break for morning tea and lunch. So come and join us for what promises to be some mouth-watering literary delights.
