About the Presenter


Dr Jess Dart

Inventor of practical methodologies and highly demanded facilitator, Jess navigates complexity with comfort and helps her clients to become clear about their desired outcomes and how to get there.

Recipient of the National Evaluation Development Award, Jess Knows all about community, and about non-profits. She has over 25 years of involvement in evaluating and designing social change programs in Australia and overseas, including in India. Her presentations are fresh and real.

In October 2005 Jess established Clear Horizon Consulting and today works as a principal consultant as well as being the Chair of the board of Directors at Clear Horizon. Jess is regularly invited to advise organisations on their strategic frameworks and evaluation and design capabilities. Jess is passionate about developing and designing real world methods and process for both program design and evaluation. Jess is also an active mum and has two teenage boys, and in a quiet moment loves reading far-future science fiction and long distance running.
