The final film of the Paekākāriki Film Festival 2024 will be - The Wicker Man! (1973)

This cult-classic tells the story of a puritan Christian cop, who investigates a Pagan community in search of a missing girl. Creepy but never gore-y, surreal and clever, the film is heralded as one of the best British horrors of all time - a must see on the BIG SCREEN.

WHEN: Doors open at 5pm, screening starts at 5:30pm!

HOW MUCH: All tickets for this screening are $10!

To mark the passing of the Winter Solstice, we invite attendees to DRESS UP for this screening, and spot prizes will be given out for more inspired costumes. Some reference images from the film to inspire your outfits are below...
