How much does a Paint & Chill session cost?
Regular Ticket - $55/person.
Double Ticket - $110/2 persons
What is included in the price?
Regular ticket includes one complimentary drink (house wine, house beer or non-alcoholic beverage)
All painting materilas will be provided and also our artist's demo with step-by-step instructions to create your very own artwork to take home.
What time shall I arrive?
This Sunday session starts at 4pm and usually will end at 6pm. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in, wined and seated.
However, if you're going to another place for dinner, make sure that you make the booking after 6pm.
Can I only paint the night’s featured painting?
Not necessarily. Even though our artist will guide you through the steps, we encourage you to be different and creative in your artwork as well.
What should I wear?
Although we provide aprons, we recommend you wear something that won’t be ruined if you splash a little paint on it.
Can I purchase food and beverage at the venue?
Yes.

Refund and/or reschedule policy:
All tickets sold are non refundable. There will be no refund on any cancellations including cancellations by Paint n Chill, No Show (Not turn up) on the event day.
You can reschedule your individual booking for the painting session once only by giving us at least 72 hours notice in advance via email.
Otherwise, your tickets are deemed forfeited. A re-booking fee of $10 will apply per person.
You must submit your reschedule request (painting session only) via email to nzpaintnchill@gmail.com
Subject to approval and availability.
Not valid for any group booking of 5 people and above.
All group bookings (group of 5 people or more) booked less than 2 weeks will not be entitled for any refund or rescheduling.
Reschedule is Not Allowed for the Dinner Buffet at Restaurant Lunar & Bar if you purchase the Bundle Ticket for this event.
However, you may cancel the Dinner booking only by giving us at least 7 days notice in advance via email or your payment for the dinner booking will be forfeited.
Non exchangable for cash/credit Note.
In the unlikely event of the cancellation by Paint n Chill (painting session only), no refund will be made but all purchased tickets will be automatically valid for further extension for a rescheduled event.
We require at least 2 weeks’ notice if your group booking on the painting session only (group of 5 people or more)has to be rescheduled otherwise the payment will deemed forfeited.
All group events (group of 5 people or more) booked less than 2 weeks will not be entitled for any refund or rescheduling.
Due to the table setting, we can't guarantee that a group is sitting together at the same table.
This is a social event where you are encouraged to mingle and interact with other participants.
It’s essential to inform us via email(nzpaintnchill@gmail.com) at least 24 hours prior to the event if you have any other group/friends under different booking names(only if applicable) that will be joining you/your group and we shall try our best to arrange all to be seated together.
Paint n Chill reserves the right to make changes, modify, cancel and limit any classes at any time without prior notice.
