About this event
For this class we explore one of our favourite comfort recipes – Orecchiette, Black Devon pork sausage, broccoli and lemon. Orecchiette or ‘little ears’ traditionally shaped over your thumb are typical in Southern Italy. Combine this with our own heritage pork sausage and zesty broccoli sauce – Chef Carl’s favourite comfort pasta dish and family favourite.
Our class finishes with a shared two-course lunch.
You get to take away a pasta kit, including your own handiwork to share with friends and family at home
