Led by Cognition Education’s mathematics teaching experts, this series of five interactive, half-day online workshops is designed to empower Primary and Intermediate teachers to establish and foster an effective mathematics teaching and learning environment for their ākonga.
Ideal for Provisionally Certified Teachers (PCTs), Overseas Trained Teachers (OTTs), and kaiako seeking a refresher, this practical workshop series provides a strong foundation in mathematics pedagogy for 2025. Tailored for educators teaching Years 0-8, it offers valuable insights into the refreshed Mathematics and Statistics Curriculum, focusing on the effective implementation of the “understand, know, do” framework through Phase 1-3’s year-by-year sequence.
