The Postgraduate Student Association (PGSA), in collaboration with School of Graduate Studies (SGS), presents Lunch and Learn, a series of seminars by University of Auckland doctoral candidates from a variety of faculties and specializations. This initiative is supported by a Creating Connections Grant.
Have you ever wondered about the research taking place in other faculties? Ever wanted to build interdisciplinary connections, develop your own presentation skills and spark new ideas?
The PGSA Lunch and Learn is the place to do so. For the audience, the Lunch and Learn provides an opportunity to gain exposure to research from across the University, network with peers from across the disciplines and perhaps spark new ideas and collaborations along the way. For presenters, it is an open forum for presenters to practice and develop their presentation skills, broadening their research impact in the process.
The session will kick off with presentations so please do aim to arrive on time. Lunch and drinks will be provided afterward, Alert Levels allowing*.

Speaker 2 - Jerry Jacob , Engineering : Emulation of biological cells and tissues
Speaker 3 - Jiahui (Jane) Liu, Creative Arts and Industries : Transforming Hats: An Exploration of Teacher's Role of Creativity in Quality-Oriented Education Dance Classes in China.
