Speaker Kate from Your Monthly. Kate is a New Zealand registered dietitian passionate about how nutrition can be used to help manage the symptoms associated with many women's health issues. She is alos passionate about helping women to 'champion' their cycle, to educate on hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle etc. Kate will be presenting from 8:30AM. Come along for good chats and good food for a good cause. All proceeds to Pink Ribbon.
