On successful completion of the training course, the participants will be able to

11) Develop a risk management plan to identify and analyse risks, and prepare and implement risk response for successful completion of the project.

12) Plan, manage and control procurements in accordance with project requirements.

13) Effectively identify, manage and monitor stakeholders and their needs.

14) Apply PMI® code of ethics and professional conduct throughout the project and career.
