Power Up Workshop - Power BI for Beginners
Power BI is a business analytics solution that gives you the ability to analyse data through rich & interactive visualisations, and create dashboards that can be shared with others across your organization.
In this introductory workshop, you'll get hands on experience with Power BI and learn the fundamentals about data governance.
You’ll learn how to:
- Have a conversation with your peers about the importance of Power BI governance
- Connect to, import, and transform data using Power BI Desktop
- Build a beautiful report with some out-of-the-box visualisations
- Publish created content to Power BI services
- Navigate around the Power BI services portal
- Create and share your dashboard with others
- Use the Power BI mobile app to interact with your published dashboard

- If you have little to no experience using Power BI, this workshop is suitable for you.
