This two-term course offers a structured, culturally responsive approach to Professional Growth Cycles, grounded in the Niho Taniwha framework (Dr Melanie Riwai-Couch). It supports educators to honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi, meet the 2026 Teaching Standards with integrity, and strengthen outcomes for all learners.

Through a cycle of reflection, evidence-based practice, and collegial engagement, participants will deepen curriculum knowledge, refine teaching and assessment, and strengthen collaboration.
