Keynote Speaker - Holly Ransom

Global Strategist

Holly Ransom is a global strategist who is taking Australia by storm. The CEO of Emergent, a company specialising in the development of high performing intergenerational workforces, leadership and social outcomes, Holly has worked with organisations such as Microsoft, Westpac, Telstra and the Australian Government. She has a reputation for developing innovative solutions for complex multi-stakeholder problems for corporations, governements and non-profit organisations.

In 2014, the Australian Prime Minister appointed Holly to chair the G20 Youth Summit, the first summit to secure its policy demands from G20 leaders. She is the youngest woman ever appointed to the board of an AFL football club, the world's youngest Rotary president, is a director on numerous boards and in 2017 was named as one to watch as a global force in the future by Sir Richard Branson. (And one of his dream dinner guests!)
