Sally, James and our special guest (Top trader in NZ) will walk through the nuts and bolts of each type, as well as show case studies, and give you copies of sample agreements and clauses so you know exactly how each one works.
  • 300+% ROI when renovating property. James and Sally work to a 'spend $1, add $3 of value' system. As full-time traders and renovators the tricks, tips, and strategies they can share can make you tens of thousands of dollars, save you many headaches, and give a whole new angle to your deals.
  • Finance in the current market...The finance market is tough at the moment. Money is cheap, but harder to get. We need to know the best way to obtain finance, and what the other options are so we never miss a deal because of tight lending. SO we have bought in the best to show you how to navigate it all...David Windler, Mortgage Broker of the year for multiple years, Director of Mortgage Supply Company, and one of NZ's leading authorities on finance will be covering all you need to know.
  • Navigating the obstacles...It's not all easy. In fact, it can be damn hard at times. Obstacles and challenges will present themselves, and knowing how to get around (or over) them ahead of time is invaluable. We will cover the most common roadblocks and obstacles we see and how to overcome them.
  • Negotiation strategies and tactics for the current market and different sale method types.
  • Where to go for help...Although the Summit will give you significant value, you will still need help from professionals afterwards too. Lawyers, accountants, brokers, insurance, coaching...We will help you shortcut the process and give you the contacts we use, if you want to use them. No vested interests or kickbacks or anything, just the best people we know of to help you succeed.

Because our special guest (top trader) bids at auctions every day, makes dozens of offers every week, and negotiates with agents every single day for buying and selling...There is a good chance you will see/hear him bidding live for deals on the day as well (no promises here as it depends what's happening on the day). It doesn't get any more current than this.

Day 1 NETWORKING (optional):

Fancy a nice relaxed drink at the end of an awesome day of learning with 100 like-minded people who all want to talk about property, success, and doing deals?

Day 2 (optional. 9:30am - 1pm):

See it all live. You will join approximately 50 attendees for an immersive half-day LIVE education experience where you will see examples of what you learned on Day 1.

We will travel by bus (or you can take your car if you would prefer to Social Distance) to several different projects (development sites, renovations at differing stages, recent deals of different types), which will be narrated by the speakers from Day 1, and where you will be able to ask any questions you want, take photos, and network.

As valuable as Day 1 is, actually seeing the deals and projects 'in the flesh' takes it to a whole new level.

This is a unique and high-value experience and one which will give you a serious advantage in the current market as you will see exactly what is being done out there TODAY!

This is happening only once in 2021, and the numbers are very restricted due to Covid considerations and our aim of delivering a far more personal and focused event, to between 100-150 people (still confirming seating formats but 150 maximum).
