Join us at Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments for a rejuvenating session with Affirm Pilates! Start your day with movement, mindfulness and connection in a unique setting. Whether you’re new to the Pilates world or a seasoned enthusiast, this session is suitable for all levels, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.

Get ready to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and find your inner balance in a 45-minute class, followed by a delicious and healthy grab'n'go breakfast from the Pullman Auckland culinary team. If you're not in a rush, take some time to unwind and try out our wellbeing facilities - open for all class attendees to enjoy for up to 1 hour from entry. Relax in our 25m heated lap pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - simply show your class ticket to the Luxe Spa reception team. Each attendee will receive a complimentary gift bag, with a special product kindly gifted by Two Islands.
