Experience high-energy resistance training using free weights, barbells, and dumbbells to boost strength and endurance, targeting all muscle groups, set to motivating music. You'll leave feeling strong and accomplished. Kristy is one of our epic Group Fitness instructors. Outside Hiwa Kristy coaches women aged 16-60 on all aspects of their health & wellbeing, and advocates for all in the wellness space. This class is open to anyone, students or staff (you do not have to be a Hiwa member).
