FreshTouch Intro: This touch-optimised application is designed to run on any full Windows 8/10 tablet computer and handles an increasing array of packhouse and coolstore operations, in conjunction with FreshPack, Quality Manager and Kiwi Plus. This "intro" session is for those who have not used FreshTouch before.

FreshShift: This web application takes the spreadsheets out of real time shift analysis. Highly configurable, it generates a myriad of reports covering KPI’s, downtime and throughput loss analysis – with all data available in pivotable form. This application can be used with FreshPack Kiwi, KiwiPlus and any of our avocado packhouse applications (FreshPack Kiwi, FreshPack Multi).

FreshInsights: This is our data warehousing product which can mine data from all Radford's applications, various databases and, with some configuration, from third party applications. It combines all mined data and presents it in pre-configured, shareable views. A ‘super-spreadsheet’, if you like, with locked-down views, controllable accessibility and a built-in report writer. It can also be interfaced with products such as Microsoft’s Power BI, giving you dashboards on PC, tablet and all mobile phone platforms (iOS, Android & Windows)
