Join us for the Rainbow Auckland Mixer with Aurecon, where we will be hearing from our key note speaker Rāwiri Te Hurunui-Haumaha on intersectionality, shining a lens on the intersects between indigenous and rainbow identities.

This in-person event will be a great opportunity to connect with fellow members and guests in the Rainbow community. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with friends old and new in a vibrant and inclusive environment.

Cost:

  • Free for Rainbow Auckland members.
  • $20 Non-members.
  • $30 Late entry

Nibbles are included with entry, and some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to ticket holders up to a limit.

  • Davis Crescent Carpark: 34B Davis Crescent, Newmarket
  • Wilsons Carpark (ParkMate): 139 Carlton Gore Road, with access from Kingdon Street

Side street parking may also be available, depending on space.

Entrance:

Aurecon's function space "Nau Mai" is located on Level 3 of 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket. The main entrance is on Carlton Gore Road, where our team will be waiting to greet you. An accessible entrance is available upon request. Once you reach Level 3, please turn right out of the elevators and head to the table where your name badges will be ready.

Since 1984, Rainbow Auckland has been New Zealand’s largest LGBTTQIA+ membership association providing support and advocacy on human rights issues, and safe, inclusive business networking opportunities for the rainbow community. Membership is open to business organisations, community groups, business owners and executives, professionals, academics, diplomats, politicians, media, artists and entertainers, and non-LGBTTQIA+ members who actively support the Rainbow business community. Membership includes free entry to regular mixer events, social and professional networking, and promoting LGBTTQIA+ projects and activities.
