In the Early Learning Action Plan, the Government set an objective to regulate for 80% qualified teachers in teacher-led centres before regulating for 100% in the long term. We are currently consulting on options for regulating 80% qualified teachers. This event is to explain the different options to regulate for 80% in teacher-led centres and hospital-based services. In this session, we will also talk through the proposals for the person responsible role in teacher-led centres and hospital-based services.
