A soothing Reiki Circle designed to provide gentle biofield support. This session invites relaxation, balance, and heart coherence using a hands-off, consent-based approach. You’ll feel the nurturing energy flowing as you connect with yourself and others in a warm, welcoming space.

What to expect:
•⁠ ⁠Arrival Ritual and Consent: Settle into the space and establish your intention.
•⁠ ⁠Guided Breath Arrival: Begin with a gentle breathing exercise to ground yourself.
•⁠ ⁠Group Reiki Session: Experience a soothing hands-off Reiki session accompanied by a soft soundscape.
•⁠ ⁠Quiet Reflection: Take time to integrate your experience in a peaceful environment.
•⁠ ⁠Grounding Tea: Enjoy a cup of tea to nourish and ground you after the session.

What to bring:
•⁠ ⁠Warm layers and socks
•⁠ ⁠Water bottle
•⁠ ⁠Small towel
•⁠ ⁠Optional eye mask or light scarf
•⁠ ⁠Journal and pen
•⁠ ⁠If you tend to feel cold, consider bringing a blanket

Pre-class prep:
•⁠ ⁠Eat a light meal 2 hours before the class.
•⁠ ⁠Hydrate well throughout the day.
•⁠ ⁠Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for 24 hours prior, ideally 3 days before
•⁠ ⁠Limit caffeine intake 4 hours before class.
•⁠ ⁠Arrive 10 minutes early for intake.
•⁠ ⁠If you have health conditions, check with your provider before attending.

Contraindications and safety
Reiki is gentle and typically safe, but it's essential to note that it does not replace medical or mental health care. If you have acute psychiatric distress, unmanaged seizures, or are recovering from surgery, please consult your provider first. Inform Lynn if you are wearing a pacemaker or under medications.

Aftercare
After the session, we encourage you to drink plenty of water, nourish yourself with healthy lighter food, engage in simple movement or a short walk, and journal your insights. Emotional waves may continue for 24 to 48 hours, so please reach out if you need support.

Lynn is an integrative somatic coach and Reiki practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating corporate burnout, chronic pain, and stress. Her approach is gentle and accessible, making spiritual practices approachable and friendly to the nervous system.
