This deeply calming experience weaves Reiki energy with the vibrational medicine of chakra-attuned crystal singing bowls, offering a journey inward through sound and sensation.

Held in a Reiki-activated field, it invites you to rest the body, quiet the mind, and shift brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state, supporting nervous system regulation and emotional balance.

Come as you are. Let the sound carry you into stillness, and the energy bring gentle release.

Mats, eye masks and pillows are provided but you are invited to bring anything extra to add comfort!

Meet Your Host: Nizaad

Nizaad holding a Reiki-infused Sound Journey designed to support deep rest and realignment. Blending the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls alongside other sacred instruments, her sessions are rooted in the belief that sound and energy are medicine. Coming from a lineage of energy healers, she weaves gentle Reiki throughout the session to support subtle energetic balance and emotional release. Participants simply need to lie down and allow the sound and energy to wash over them, inviting a calm, restorative space to reconnect with the body and return to balance.

At Bhakti Lounge, our mission is to deliver the best alternative events to our Wellington community, thanks to our dedicated team of passionate volunteers. Being a not-for-profit organisation, please understand we cannot issue refunds for ticketed events. Your purchase secures your spot at our popular events and supports our overhead costs in planning and preparation.

Attendance

We also understand that life happens. If you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice prior to the event so that we may open your space to another friend of Bhakti Lounge. This ensures a smooth running for our team and prevents others from missing out!

Credit Option

If you're unable to make it to the event but don't want to miss out, get in touch with us before the event and we can offer a full-price credit towards any future Bhakti Lounge event of your choice. We host new events every week, so there will be plenty of opportunities to join us again! No-shows without prior notification won't be eligible for credit.
